See below the local rate for a callout. If you haven’t already got one, our Boiler Care Plans are an easy way to maintain the health of your boiler with regular checkups.

As you have a care plan with us there will be no charge for your callout

  • Rate Includes VAT

  • We usually find we can diagnose a fault within the first 30 minutes. If parts are Required a quotation will be prepared and we will not fit any parts without your consent.
  • If your callout is not covered by your active care plan, you will need to pay our standard callout fee of £{{callout_rate}} for up to the first 30 minutes and £{{callout_additional}} per 15 minutes thereafter.
  • Rate excludes parts
