So we have been offering an insurance scheme for many years called “Extra Cover” which is now due a full overhaul. We have been busy working away on a whole new system with lots of new benefits and a much simper system for customers to use.

The Care Plan’s

At the end of March 2019 the existing Extra Cover system will be updated, meaning all of or current customers on the Extra Cover scheme will instantly be upgraded to the new system, some of the benefits to come are as follows:

  • Guaranteed Same day call out, if you let us know before 10am by phone or email
  • Dedicated priority phone line for Care Plan Customers
  • Live diary system for booking in appointment 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Yearly, full manufacturers boiler service which we let you know when its due
  • No Excess
  • Unlimited call outs
  • Subject to terms and conditions.

Plans

We have Plans for Homeowners and Landlords and a new Boiler service plan where you can get all the benefits of the above but spread the cost of the boiler service monthly.

There are 4 plans to Homeowners.

  1. Boiler Service Care Plan
  2. Boiler Cover Care Plan
  3. System Cover Care Plan
  4. Full System Care Plan

Plans start from £11 a month and you can customise your package with our new online Care Plan Package builder meaning you can include and exclude exactly what options you do and don’t want.

As soon as the plans go live and the changes are made, our existing customers will receive a leaflet outlining the additional benefits and any new customers would be directed to our online Care Plan builder to customise their package, pay and book all online.
