As a Custom Heat Care Plan Customer you receive an annual Boiler Service & Safety Check, the very best advice on maintenance and efficiencies; and should you experience any faults with your boiler and or system (plan dependent) you can expect a highly qualified engineer to arrive the same day, diagnose and repair the fault, all within the cost of your annual Care Plan.

With our new plans, you can choose cover that extends to Plumbing, Electrics and Air Conditioning so you can experience true peace of mind.
