NEW BOILER AND CENTRAL HEATING CARE PLANS

So we have been working hard to create an online Care Plan package builder to allow our customer to see, price and book in for a revamped Care Plan service that we now offer.

 

Customers can now go to our website, answer some questions, select their preferences and end up with a custom made pack price to suit their needs. The new system will allow the customer to build a custom package, select to pay monthly or annually, select the date they would like the initial boiler service and enter payment details all in one hit, meaning the customer now has a one stop shop to build and buy a Boiler or Central Heating Care Plan Cover all online without having to pick up a phone.

We now cover all types of boiler and all types of fuel to include Gas, Oil and LPG!

Our plans are simple and we offer 4 different types.

• Boiler Service Care Plan – meaning you can spread the cost of the boiler service but you will automatically get additional benefits such as a guaranteed same day call out
• Boiler Cover Care Plan – This covers the boiler if it were to breakdown and also includes for an annual service
• System Care Plan – This covers the central heating system, pipework and valves and is ideal if you have a boiler under guarantee!
• Full system Care Plan – This covers the whole of the central heating system to include a boiler service, cover on the boiler, controls radiators, pipework and valves meaning if anything were to leak or breakdown you would be covered on our most inclusive package.
