Keep Winter Warm Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

Nominees must be residents within the CV21, CV22 or CV23 postcode areas with financial constraints preventing them from servicing and repairing their boilers.

Nomination Deadline:

Nominations will be accepted until 31st March 2024

Recipient Selection:

Recipients will be selected based on the severity of need and unique circumstances.

Service Dates.

Free boiler and radiator servicing will be scheduled during the month of February 2024.

Limited Availability.

The campaign has a limited number of slots, and nominations will be considered on a first-come, first-served and case-by-case basis.

Privacy.

Nominee information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the Winter Warmth Campaign, unless otherwise stated.

Custom Heat’s Discretion:

Custom Heat reserves the right to make final decisions regarding recipient selection and campaign details.
