A tribute to an incredible monarch

The team at Custom Heat would like to extend our sincere condolences to the Royal Family, on hearing of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II at age 96.

We have had the honour, and privilege, to work at Windsor Castle, and are forever humbled by this job, which our team were so proud to be part of. 

Her 70-year reign is a testament to her strength of character, resolve and dedication to this country, and she has inspired generations of British people.

As we enter 12 days of mourning, we would like to ask that our customers and team proceed with grace and consideration during this difficult time.  We will continue to service customers and attend jobs as normal, but do so with more respect and humility than ever before.

We will keep you updated if changes occur to our schedule, and will adhere to national days of mourning to pay our respects side by side with our customers. 

Her sense of humour, warmth and family values are truly reflected in how we continue to do business, and we will hold these values true to us as we navigate the future.
