Custom Heat & Cool has arrived (well, sort of — we’ve been here since 1980)
If you’ve been a customer of ours for a while, you’ll know us as Custom Heat. You might have already spotted a new logo popping up online, or noticed a new name in some places — and there’s a reason for that. We’re now Custom Heat & Cool.
Before you wonder if anything’s changing — it isn’t. Same engineers. Same workmanship. Same family-run business that’s been looking after homes since 1980. We still treat your home as our own, and that’s never going to change.
So why the new name?
Simple: our customers changed, and we’ve grown with them.
When we started out, we were a heating and plumbing company through and through — boilers, servicing, repairs, the lot. But over the last few years, more and more of you have asked us to keep your homes cool as well as warm, and air conditioning has become a huge part of what we do. Our name just hadn’t caught up with that yet.
Custom Heat & Cool says exactly what it means. Whether it’s the depths of winter or the height of summer, we’re the team you call to make your home comfortable — all year round, meeting your needs with the same care and attention you’ve always had from us.
What stays the same
- The team. Same faces, same friendly crew you already know.
- The quality. We’re still the UK’s biggest Worcester Bosch installer, and that standard of work isn’t going anywhere.

What’s new
- The name — Custom Heat & Cool, front and centre.
- A look that reflects both sides of the business — heating and cooling, side by side.
- South West, too — our South West team has already made the same switch to Custom Heat & Cool.
- New vans on the way — our fleet will be getting the new look soon, so keep an eye out on the roads.
