Family-run heating company secures second David Lloyd partnership
A family-run heating and plumbing company based in Coventry has secured its second
prestigious partnership with the renowned health club brand, extending its maintenance
services to David Lloyd Coventry.
Custom Heat, which has been serving the Midlands for over four decades, was appointed as the
exclusive maintenance partner for David Lloyd Rugby in spring 2025. Following the success of that partnership, the company approached David Lloyd Coventry to offer similar services and has now been chosen to provide the same high-quality maintenance support to the Coventry centre.
Under the new agreement, Custom Heat will provide David Lloyd Coventry with dedicated
monthly service hours to handle all aspects of their maintenance needs. One of the company’s
engineers has been allocated to visit the centre once per month, ensuring members can enjoy
uninterrupted access to the club’s premium facilities through both emergency call-outs and
routine upkeep.
The partnership has already expanded beyond maintenance services, with David Lloyd
Coventry offering Custom Heat a prominent indoor advertising space within their tennis courts.
This year-round presence will allow the company to showcase its heating and plumbing services
to the club’s approximately 6,000 members. Custom Heat will also be featured in the centre’s
member newsletter.
