September new boiler offer – terms and conditions

1. This offer is available on new boiler installations booked and confirmed between 4 September 2026 and 16 October 2026 (“the offer period”).
2. Customers may choose one of the following, not both: 10% off the total installation cost, or a free 12-month Care Plan (worth £240).
3. The free Care Plan will cover the full system (boiler, central heating, and other eligible components) where the rest of the system is assessed as suitable at survey. Where any part of the system does not meet the required standard, the free Care Plan will be limited to boiler cover only. Custom Heat & Cool will confirm the exact scope of cover following the survey and before installation is booked.
4. This offer applies to new boiler installations only and does not apply to boiler repairs, servicing, or other products or services.
5. The 10% discount is calculated on the installation cost only and excludes any additional works, parts, or call-out charges not directly related to the boiler installation.
6. The free Care Plan (full system or boiler-only, as confirmed at survey per clause 3) is provided for the first 12 months from the installation completion date and is subject to the standard Care Plan terms and conditions, available here.
7. This offer is limited to one redemption per household and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless stated otherwise.
8. This offer is subject to a free, no-obligation survey to confirm suitability, access, and final pricing before installation is booked.
9. Custom Heat & Cool reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
10. Finance options, where available, are subject to status and a separate credit agreement; terms of any finance agreement are provided separately at the point of application.
11. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
12. Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact boiler model or installation.
13. This offer is only valid for installations carried out by Custom Heat & Cool’s own employed engineers, within the advertised service area.
14. Standard consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation are unaffected by this offer.
