Terms of Service

Our website provides customers with the ability to make a payment online via our secure online form. This online payment gateway is secured and processed by PayPal. Customers can use this gateway to pay invoices for work completed that has been carried out by Custom Heat Limited. Payment is only requested and taken once all work is completed in full. Custom Heat Limited do not take deposits for any work booked in for completion. All completed jobs are payable in full upon completion.

  • Cancellations

    Customers are able to cancel any work that has been quoted and booked into our system. Customers can cancel any appointments, services or installations up to 24hrs before the booked or appointed time and date. Customers wishing to cancel booked services within 24 hours of commencement, should contact our Customer Services Team.

  • Refunds

    Here at Custom Heat Limited, we pride ourselves on our impeccable service and workmanship. If however you are in anyway dissatisfied with our work, advice or professionalism – please contact us at our Rugby office. Customers are entitled to a refund against services rendered if our workmanship or any appliances are faulty, incomplete or sub-standard. In the first instance, please call to speak with a manager on 01788 568752 where we will be more than happy to assist you.

  • Recommend a friend

    Keeping our customers happy really means a lot to us, so if you are satisfied with the work our team have completed for you – we ask kindly that you recommend our services to your friends too. By recommending Custom Heat Ltd to a friend on Facebook, you will be gifted a voucher worth up to £50 if your friend goes ahead with our services.
